Dropbox sets IPO terms

This morning Dropbox, the popular file storage company, set proposed terms for its initial public offering. It’s seeking to raise $648 million at an initial valuation of over $7 billion. Shares are likely to begin trading next week.

Bird raising $100M for scooter rentals

Bird, a startup that offers short-term rentals of electric scooters, is raising up to $100 million at a reported valuation around $300 million. The Santa Monica, Calif.-based company was launched just last year by a former Uber executive.
